HELP! D: please.......?

So... I like this guy and I don't know how to talk to him:( he's super cute and recently broke up with this girl name Megan...... He's been feeling down slot and I try to talk to him but he's usually zoned out:( how can I get his attention? Please? I really need your help! Just kidding- but this is how most people sound. Yaw sound so silly and desperate! This section of peoples so stupid, you know the answer but you still post! You could have asked your friend instead that has better insight! And this hole scenario was fake as crap! It's like a Pablo the baby scenario! Serious people, "what is with this girl, she keeps on testing me and I only knew her a week" -maybe she likes you and likes talking to you! These answers can all come from a close friend! Seriously! (but if you don't have any maybe you need to socialize more:/)
