Is this a weird marriage for my friends?

I actually knew a couple like this. The husband didn't like babies and he didn't enjoy sex. But he was a good provider. Now, he did enjoy his son once his son grew older and was no longer the squawking baby that he was when they brought him home from the hospital. Also, maybe your friend's husband was grumpy and not friendly because he wasn't getting some at home. Maybe a healthy, normal sex life with his wife would have made him a happier and friendly man.
