IPHONE 4 SIM CARD HOLDER HELP PLEASE!?

i just got an iphone 4 and the sim card holder was not with it and i was told there wasnt one so i put the sim card into the slot without the sim card holder how can i get it out with out damaging the iphone?? pleaseee help!!!!! Thanks!!!
