Small boobs please help me?

hey guys. so this might sound crazy and desperate but i have really small boobs. i have basiclly the smallest size bra and about a handful of boobs. people always tell me i am stunningly beautiful and hot etc. but guys dont care about that now. recently at a dance a guy was talking to some other guy and he said oh i should dance with her and then the other guy said, dude, she has no boobs. and then they left. i felt really hurt after that and i dont fit in with my friends who all have nice boobs. would a push up bra even do a difference for me? or is there nothing to push up? and i heard that if you massage your boobs or go on birth conrtol they get bigger...? btw im 13. any confidence tips, clothing tips, or tricks? thanks so much!<333
