Does the dell inspiron 570 desktop have PCI express with one x16 lane graphics slot available on mother board?

I want to get a dell inspiron 570 and a ATI Radeon HD 5670 512MB GDDR5 but dont know if it meets all the requirements. I only want to on about this question in specific nothing else about it. THX in advance.
