Help! My 15 y/o Daughter Wants To Become A Victoria Secret Model...?

She's stunningly beautiful, as many have said. She's done a couple of photo shoots, and she has a casting call with a modeling agency on Thursday...but if she doesn't get it...how should we start? Any suggestions?
