Please help me with her?

my girlfriend is always negative abour herself. she is stunningly beautiful, everyone agrees too. but she has been used by too many guys to get back at their ex girlfriends. she also never had a sober, loving mother. every time i say that she looks nice she starts to get quiet and tells me not to say things i dont mean. is there any advice to help her see herself for what she is?
