Tips on being confident to get the girl?

My friends and I go bowling pretty much every friday night since forever ago. There is a girl who works there and she is a sight to behold. Perfect body, black hair, green eyes, pretty much that perfect girl you only see once in your life. The only problem is, I can't get her alone for five seconds to talk. She's a waitress/counter girl and is always constantly busy. She started working there this year so no I haven't talked to her before. I would love to get her number and talk to her and maybe take her out, but I can't figure out how to get her alone and Im not the best looking guy and don't have the best confidence level. Don't get me wrong, Ive picked up girls before, but this is showing a challange since I can't stop her from working or her boss will get pissed. Hes always on the floor making sure everythings ok. oh and Im 20 by the way for anyone thinking Im 40 and want an 18 year old girl. A friend said to use this line: "hey, could you do me a favor?" she says what...then: "would you be willing to give me you number and talk or do somethig sometime? You're stunningly georgous and I'd hate myself for giving up a chance to know you better." I thought that was a tad creeperish, but my friend seems to have a nack for picking up girls without even trying.Im thee exact opposite. Anyone have any ideas on how to get her to stop and talk or pickup lines or something that would/will work to get her number? Open to any ideas
